of the construction and items, when the project will be completed,

2. Will my job be done on time?
YES, And get this, If we are not completed by our contracted
date, we will pay you CASH. That's right, $ 100.00 per day for
every day including weekends and holidays.
3. Is your work guaranteed?
All of our work is guaranteed with a full 12 month warranty.
4. What is your cost per square foot?
Since every project is unique, that of course that depends upon
the exact nature and scope of the project and what quality and
items are included (We will always try to work within your budget).

5. What if we want changes during the project?
No problem. AS SOON AS YOU SEE SOMETHING THAT YOU"D LIKE TO
CHANGE/MODIFY---LET US KNOW. In fact, sometimes as we work with
you and as the project begins to take shape, we may suggest
modifications too. We always remember whose project we are working
on and can usually accommodate changes prior to completion.
If there will be an additional cost, we will advise you!
6. How long does it take to complete a basement?
Our average basement project completes in about 6 to 8 weeks.
Majestic Home Repairs will provide you with a guaranteed time
before we begin the job. In order to complete the permitting
process and obtain any required Homeowner Association approval,
most jobs will start within 2 to 3 weeks of contract signing.
We will also expedite obtaining all necessary building permits
as this assures your project complies with city and county codes
and that your Homeowners insurance policy will cover your new project.
This also assures a “worry free” process if you later decide to
sell your property.
7. Who will be working on my project?
Over the years I have assembled a core group of skilled craftsman
that represent some of the best in their particular specialty.
They are all licensed and insured and will be personally supervised
by me on a daily basis. I WILL PERSONALLY BE ON THE PROJECT
EACH AND EVERY DAY!
8. Can I get a cheaper bid?
